The key requirements were that the website needed to be consistent with the company's existing branding and marketing material and that it needed to allow customers and brokers to easily submit online loan applications.
We designed a website that provides details about the company and its services and encourages customers to apply online. It also includes an online application form that allows customers and brokers to quickly and easily submit applications.
The application form is dynamic, automatically showing and hiding questions based on the type of application and the answers already entered. This avoids asking applicants for any unnecessary information, streamlining the process and minimising the number of abandoned applications.
The branding of the site was carefully co-ordinated with Money Masters' other marketing material, ensuring a consistent and professional image for the company.
